Backside and inside look clean but not sure about the dial . Imho double numbers would correspond to a Breitling manufacturing for another brand , and the original dial would not be Breitling?

Probably a lot more than a redial. The bridge is a later style bridge and not used in 1947 which would make me question the whole piece. If they added the bridge to make it appear authentic what else did they do.

fake for me. as Paul says, that bridge is a decade or more younger than the watch. dial isn't even close to correct.
