Im not terribly familiar with these, so will refer to the obvious candidates in Dracha and Fred (or others that wish to join in!). Case polished to an inch of its life, dial doesn't match any that I have seen you publish.

Very fake, some genuine pieces (handset) but still fake

franken, very franken, but most probably nothing "fake" here, Rene ?
just a put together piece of authentic components, relumed or service dial, very valuable but incorrect hands.

massively overpolished and unrealistically priced too.

I'll stick with fake ;-)

Serial should be on the onside of the caseback (this one has it on the outside)
Caseback outside should have breitling 765 avi or cp (this one lacks it)
Dial should not have a tachy indicator
Case should have a mount for the bezel. I dont see it ?
Case lugs a different shape than known 765's

Edit
Here's the auction link, have a look at the case from the side and let me know what you think ?

it's not an AVI and does not claim to be, "just" a regular Premier 765 ;)
Serial and ref. correctly outside, lugs and case correct, no missing bezel, tachy is fine.

"all black AVI tunnel vision syndrome" :nana:

I'll grab some caseback pics as proof tomorrow, but here's an older sibling:

So the premier 765 was available when the 765 avi was available as well ? 1954 ?

Thats interesting ;-)

But would love to see the side of the case of yours to compare

(Note to self, need a few more 765's , premiers and '8' series)

I knew it would excite you two

The dial though - all the examples you guys post have roman numerals. This has just the 12 marker.

Btw, you are of course correct , I *do* have 765 tunnel vision and forgot about the premier series
I saw it and thought it wanted to be an '8' or AVI
