I'm a total newbie but the seller doesn't smell just right.

No model number, serial number completely incompatible with documented Breitling serial number ranges, amateur Breitling logos engraved and a dial that looks brand new on a watch that is supposedly 70 years old.

Total fabrication.

South America is a well known source for fake vintage Breitlings. 99% of the vintage pieces from there are fake.

Thanks Roff. As I said, I'm a newbie and appreciate any lessons you all are willing to provide.

This particular eBay seller seems to always have a host of vintage watches in stock and for sale.
