Post subject:  Vintage Breitling ?

Hi everyone,

I purchased this morning a Breitling vintage watch in a flea market. As I know only a little thing about Breitling, I didn't event suspected it to be a fake while buying it. Indeed, the watch looks like very nice.

But with a lot of searchings on internet since then, I'm now nearly convinced it's a franken watch as the caseback and the ETA movement are unmarked "Breitling"...

On the other hand, case dial and hands seems correct...

I will go back next week to the professionnal seller and ask him for a refund, but I need more arguments than only a feeling to get my money back... :D

Clearly a post 50's watch, if it were a correct Breitling it would be signed on the back of the case back with a correct model number NOT having a letter. Movement would also be signed and serial number would be on the inside of the case back. Clearly a fake.

Best,

Wayne
