Any thoughts here?

"Super Rare Vintage 1945 Breitling Up/Down Chronograph 174 Round Pushers"

Also - the pictures and location remind me of Bill Shaine's work. Is this seller another account of his?

The "Stainless Steel Back" marking - would that be a concern?

I would not touch it with a ten foot pole, he will bid you up till he is happy with the selling price. Saw it happen last weekend with 2 dials listed on the page using another of his user names. Has several.

Ah wow ok. Well I guess no chance of a "good deal" on this one then.
Thanks.

Can you report him for that? I thought ebay can trace that abuse via users ISP addresses.

You can Buddman but it makes no difference, its a favourite tactic with multiple ebayer sellers especially with watches. Usually they win the auction and write to you saying you have second chance as your bid was second best offer- unless it's a good price- I usually walk away.

Hmm. I assumed eBay was somewhat involved in policing that but I suppose I was naive.
