Hi,

What do you think of this Breitling Vintage from the 1940s?

Is it an adequate price and does it look like an original?

dial refinished, bridge marking incorrect for the period, price on the high side for a perfectly correct piece.

Thank you - that means an incorrect bridge marking indicates its not an original?

it is a basically authentic watch, but, as I wrote above, dial is refinished and, as we often see with such refinished/overrestored peices, an engraving has been added the movement bridge that was not used by Breitling during the period this watch was manufactured.
