to help you a bit w/ your claim against the seller:

total fabrication, no similarities to an authentic, documented Breitling model.
no correct model reference number
no correct serial number
movement marking wrong; script "B" logo never used on bridge markings.
the claim of hands "fading" to purple is a sad joke.
