Hey all. Saw this was just listed. Fred and Rick weren't you just talking about how these don't come up for sale often? Kurt, what do you think? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0676178410 |

Here are the pictures of the inside case back and movement. He said they were old pictures as he doesn't have a good tool to open the case back and does not want to damage the case. I zoomed in with my laptop but still very poor quality pics ![]() ![]() Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk |

that seller is as reliable as you could hope for, normally the watches are a lot better irl as he describes them, so no reason whatsoever to worry. well worn, as he says, but authentic and correct; not the right choice if you look for crisp and quasi-NOS, but a nice vintage piece that shows it's life. |

well, I make understatements on the condition of my watches but this ? 'Well worn' ? where did the wearer go ? hell and back , climbing to gates of it as well and then hitting the patron of said place in the face with his watch ? I'd leave this aloneif I were you, if you don't have replacement part laying around |

Not surprising for a daily wearer to show 50 some years worth of wear. With rusty parts watches selling for almost $2k I'm fairly certain it will sell if it doesn't end early. Pricing on the all black dials is getting over the top in any condition. Best to replace the pusher cap, crown, crystal, give it a service and wear it. Replate it and you'll ruin it (imho). |

Not in good condition, esp the dial. The sliderule doesn't look original too? I initially thought the dial is not original when saw it but that's for the experts here to judge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not that easy to see through the plexi but I see no evidence that the sliderule or dial are wrong. |

It's got a domed crystal on it which distorts the sliderule when looked at straight on. Needs the proper flat crystal. Everyone would like a perfect example but you often have to work with what's available. |
