Seems a legit one
Raised B on the dial looks very genuine

There are a couple of areas that would cause me to question this piece. The serial number, if correct, would indicate 1959 and I don't remember seeing any small second watches that late. I think they are all sweep second by then. No reference number on the back. The dial has been refinished. Should have a 'B' on the crown but can't tell for sure. The pictures are small, and I can't see a lot of detail, but still enough concern to ask for larger pictures before I made any serious move to purchase.

I'm also not convinced that the blurry name on the movement is Breitling.

Ok, better pics here.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-BREITLING-REF-2907-31-MANUAL-WIND-TEXTURED-DIAL-SWISS-WATCH-FROM-Ca1950-/331087856508?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item4d165fc37c

Looks like the reference number is on the inside of the back cover. I have seen that before. 2907 is in the Richter book as round case, central second, wide rim, waterproof. So, do we believe Richter with the central seconds or the watch small seconds? The rest of the description seems to match this piece.

With those pictures I'm happier going with the watch than Richter.
