Hi there!

Could you please help me with this watch ? it seems to be a Chronomat but the bezel is diferent!

Can't really tell much from that photo. Clear shots of dial, inside and outside of caseback and movement would help a lot.

not a Chronomat, dial looks to be a refinish. need caseback and movement pics to say anything additional.

Hard to tell from the pictures, as I can't get a close up either. The outer D scale should have log graduations on them, and I suspect this is not the case. Its not a pulsations scale (709) so could it be a Ref 1375 telemeter?
