Not sure about the pusher alignment. Top one looks right, bottom one looks to be protruding too far out of the case.

I have seen this before and in saying so, there is no suggestion that there is anything wrong with the watch. It just has a particular appearance due to assembly or wear.

red tip on chrono second is wrong, but a minor issue. would like to see a movement shot, though.

Missed the hand, but movement shots are there (scroll down). Look good to me, but very clean - as if it was thrown through an ultrasonic in a recent service.
