probably not fake, but one of the late models produced by Breitling, undocumented in catalogs and advertisements, a very similar piece was sold under the Wakmann brand, Valjoux 7733; Paul had/has a similar one, he should be able to confirm ?

The 9121 is genuine although the crown is wrong. here's another example;
