One of the references I haven't looked much into, is this one all correct?

Edit: Just saw this " he dial is silver and has been refinished and appears to have some dirt and pitting" mentioned, how can one tell it's refinished?

strange; first time I see that a seller claims a refinished dial when it clearly isn't, though the slderule insert MIGHT be an old refinish.
