Replate? I'd have to have it in my hands to tell because the pics look real good. Having had a couple replated before this one has very sharp edges on the case, absolutely no deterioration on the bottom of the case which is very common for high mileage plated watches, and the back of the case looks as good as the rest of it. The hands might have been restored/relumed at some time and the gold plating altered. Index ring probably is a replacement item but a lot of people prefer something that looks good vs a peeling original. Still a great looking piece that will do a decent price without much trouble. Seems like most people prefer this look rather than patina.
