Case and movement look OK, as do the hands, but the dial isn't right. Would also like to see the inside of the caseback.

Sorry, I don't have one, because it is not mine. I see it the way you do. If you know the Breitling book from Richter, there is on page119 a 1191 without the black dial very similar to the one I posted. There was in the 50s a small period, where the had just the Breitling without the B on their dial.
I was told, that all the manufacturers assambled all what was left to sell a maximum. There was not such a continuity like today and so it could be that there are pretty unique watches out there. What makes it hard to proof their authenticity.
