second sweep is not original to the watch, I think; would be good to see caseback.
Kurt and Rene will hopefully chime in with more, they have done far more in depth research about the early Navitimers.

Fred is correct about the center second sweep hand and to me it looks like the small/chrono hands are incorrect as well .
rest looks OK
