I use your wording , Fred : a bit of creative work ! The Latina touch for something that did not first issue from Breitling. Happily it is " rare and unique" .
Post - engraved bridge and wrong cal 14 indication - it is a cal 15 ... Caseback without SN neither model ... Creative dial ... Chekered crown ...
In the best case, 800$ for the cal.15 would be a very good price ! 2K for this bullshit, what a shame!
