Looks odd to me. Especially the dial but pushers and drilled lugs also. Case back is a fake IMHO

Drilled lugs aren't automatically an issue, and in this particular case those are the least of the problems.

Gregorz, overlooked yr "drilled lugs" comment, as Roff said, not automatically an issue,
many of the early SS Premiers do have drilled lugs.

That may have been my mistake at that time. 18k 760s were definitely female springbars, don't recall SS off the top of my head.
