Greetings,

I found a very similar ref 170 with that dial in the Israeli Breitling forum but no caseback and movement shots ( http://www.clubbreitlingisrael.co.il/image/users/24739/departAlbum/24739/normal/404286.jpg?p= ) with pulsation instead of telemeter.

South American seller by any chance?

Dial logo has the classic 'gapped' Breitling logo used by the South American fakers, and the caseback and bridge engraving is similarly fake.

The case could be correct - a reference 170 from pre 1944, but wouldn't touch it because of the issues. Movement does look like a Venus 170.

no idea from the origin, I bought it from UK, asked the seller about the story of the watch if he knows smthng more, lets see what will pop up. He mentioned the refinish of dial while selling.
