One of the worse redone dials I've seen in a while. Not sure the movement is original either. I can't quite make it out but it looks like the small print on the base plate doesn't say "Breitling" Watch Co. I think this is one of those other brand watches with the same ref/serial numbers as a Breitling that's been modified.
