The usual redone dial and dust cover, probably originally Chronograph Suisse.

Interesting that they went with a "Cadette" dial on a Venus 170 movement. Seems like a pretty quick giveaway.

At least the shipping is reasonable... assuming it gets a business class seat and a sky club pass.
