http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rare-50-039-s-BREITLING-Men-039-s-Automatic-Vintage-Date-Watch-SERVICED-/191219976859?ssPageName=ADME%3AX%3ARTQ%3AGB%3A1123&nma=true&si=eZ0AotMNc2ElVGlHK6PERDIp1Lk%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557I contacted the seller to inform them of the problems with the watch and they quickly closed the auction. Got this in reply:
"Thankyou for your question on the Breitling and advising me that the watch is not genuine. I purchased from a watch fair. I then had my chap service it who NEVER services counterfeit items and shot it over to Breitling UK who said it was fine. I am not worried as we do not specialize in these watches. I will however contact Breitling in Switzerland and send them the photos before I relist it."
Thought maybe if a few more comments were received here I could send them the link and put to rest any questions about authenticity.
Thanks.
