I checked with the original owner already and he said the dial hasn't been redone or replaced. He did say he had it serviced once but didn't say by who. I think that style dial with the 'B' has a metal gold 'B' and not a painted 'B'. Plus he doesn't know what the serial number is so no way to confirm the dial is correct for the age of the watch.

Just found this old thread where we had talked about a similar watch before so I will defer to those opinions already shared but still not sure it's 100% correct.
