I think that originally the case was a Yema . See the Breitling logo engraving on the caseback , it looks fresh !

Most likely it is a fake. Caseback engraving is wrong. No reference number. Movement looks like Made in China Wrong dial and hands imho.

It is fake, as saabreit said, started life as a Yema.

Movement is a genuine Valjoux, not Chinese.
