On offer is a 1998 Breitling Navitimer Reference A30030.4 "Montbrillant" automatic no-date. Due to it's svelte dimensions, I call this the Navitimer-mini. If you have ever coveted a Navitimer but were put off by the size, this might be the one for you.

Movement: Breitling cal. 30; ETA cal. 2892-A2 based; automatic
Power Reserve: ≈42 hours
Water Resistance: 30m
Crystal: Mineral Glass
Diameter: 38mm
Thickness: 12.1mm
Lug width: 20mm
Features: No date; blued chronograph hands, rare D-buckle bracelet, extra strap

As can be seen from the attached photos, the watch is in excellent condition. The watch was wrongly configured when I acquired it but had "good bones", so I had it rectified. There are light scratches on the steel and a few marks on the slide rule, but the rest of the watch is perfect. The only point of note is that the clasp had incorrectly been brushed at some time in the past, so I had it re-polished. Slight brush marks are still visible.

The watch was fully serviced in Sydney in 2020 by Michael Arraiza, Horologist, who is a certified Breitling watchmaker. The dial, hands and crystal were replaced. It is just out of the service warranty.

This watch comes with a full collectors set, which is quite rare. It is mounted on an early incarnation of the Navitimer bracelet with a rare D-buckle clasp. The bracelet will fit a wrist up to 17.2cm or 6.75". There are no spare links. The watch also comes with an additional pool-blue Geckota strap. While this reference was made from 1996 to 1998 (hence c. 1998), the warranty card is dated late-1999, and the serial number has not been filled in. The Breitling yellow inner leatherette boxes are notorious for peeling, and unfortunately this one is no different. If the buyer wants me to substitute in a different period correct box set, we can discuss a small additional fee for that.

The negotiable price is $4200, but paid to me in the equivalent Australian dollars.

Feel free to contact me with questions or to request more high-resolution photos. Other than that, the watch is located in regional New South Wales in Australia and we will discuss delivery or shipping as part of the transaction negotiations.

I have been a watch collector for over 20 years and have references from past watch sales and purchases. I have also been an eBay member for 21 years with a 100% feedback score. More importantly, I am a hobbyist who is heavily invested in the Australian and International watch scene through many forums and Facebook groups, and most well known (if I am known at all) as knowledgeable about Navitimers and other select Breitling stuff.
