Have been a little less active here, due to the circumstances, but coming back more often now and, in this case, I'm twisting my own arm to do so...
I unfortunately have to thin out my collection, as I really can't justify keeping/maintaining so many watches in my current economic sitiation.
So here for sale is my latest acquisition, dated July 2020.
Avenger Automatic GMT 45 Night Mission
I’m sure you’re familiar with the Breitling web site where you’ll find all the details but, in a nutshell:
- This is the black dial / sand digits / red GMT handle with the standard sand-color calfskin leather strap and DLC-coated stainless steel tang buckle.
Breitling 32 caliber, self-winding chronometer with second time zone and date at 3 o’clock.
Very discreet (and resistant) DLC-coated titanium case / 45 mm diameter & “only” 12.3 mm thick with a weight of 84 grams!
She's had little wrist time, being rotated between wrist & winder with other Bs, so she’s absolutely gorgeous and, if it wasn’t for the strap, I’d honestly say she’s a 10/10… not even desk-diving marks on the buckle!
So, let’s say she’s a 9.8/10 because, unless you’ve got a very large or very small wrist, the strap use won’t even show when worn.
Bought from an official B dealer in Brussels on 23 July 2020 and, as such, under full warranty until 23 July 2022 (see pic #42).
I’ve bought / sold a number of watches / straps / etc. here in the past and have got very good feedback.
Additionally, I’ve uploaded 43 (yes, forty-three… that’s the plus side of being part-unemployed!) pictures in this posts and my self responses, which will allow you to see for yourself that this watch really is in pristine condition!
At the risk of stating the obvious, this is a full set so, apart from the usual watch display (under various light conditions, like pics #11 to #18) and wrist shots, you’ll also find:
- Original box, leather pouch & booklets (#38 to #40);
- Warranty card (#41) and the associated on-line warranty information (#42), as displayed on the B web site when scanning the QR code;
- Original invoice dated 23 July 2020 (#43).
This beauty retails at £3,820 and, given its young age and pristine condition, I’m looking for £2,300 ORNO net to me, via PayPal (costs paid by buyer) or bank transfer.
I’m located in the UK and, for the sake of simplicity, I’d rather sell within the UK only. I will ship, fully insured, FOC to mainland UK.
