For the benefit of all members, initial IP address is from Mauritius, second is from Utah. I don't need to tell anyone who has been here for more than a few weeks the recent history of brand new members selling Rolexes here so highly recommend you ask for references and not only check them but confirm they are truly independent. Note also image analysis of previous photo indicates it has been modified using Photoshop. |

Zooming into the picture with the note I can see that the text is uniformly pixelated, which makes me think it's not part of the background but it has digitally added later on. Compared to the artifacts that you can see in the rest of the picture when you zoom in makes it very obvious. Hello mates, I believe we are all entitled to our detriment of sales. My photos where never Photoshop or pixelated I can not post a watch sold or traded when its not. However, if you have always posted sold to your pieces when they are not, I am sorry! I am not you. I am just trying to clarify you of your thoughts on my sale. It has been traded not because I want to write (Traded) it is a good forum I intend to be a good member, respect/obey all rules. I bought it, I own it, I sell or I deal in person when I chose to. I am not afraid to meet anyone should you want to see me. |

No need for anyone to speculate over whether the photo in question was photoshopped. The post is locked so the image can't disappear, anyone can save a copy of it and use one of the online tools to analyse it themselves. I used imageedited.com but there are plenty of others. Since I pointed out the first post was (bizarrely) from Mauritius - a common location from people masking their IP address, all posts have been from the same family of Utah based ISP. I also note that this watch from this member and email address was not listed on any other recognized watch forum and did not get captured by watchrecon other than here. Why someone would choose only one site to list a Rolex and make it BreitlingSource is anyone's speculation. This thread is locked so we a) have a reliable record and b) avoid lots of irrelevant discussion in the sales section. |
