Breitling don't make watches like this any more. The simple tri-compax chrono layout with a big date function and classic Chronomat design will always look good imo, but as my collection is not large enough for two Chronomat watches this one is for sale.
It's a 2005 Chrosswind special that went back to Breitling at the beginning of 2015 full a complete overhaul. It was sold to me from Watches of Switzerland with their 2yr pre-owned warranty in Feb 2015, so the watch will have 18 months warranty left on it.
Condition and time keeping are very good, all chrono. functions are working perfectly and the watch operates and winds very well.
I've worn this on a Bobs Nytech strap which is very good, but as I wanted to sell the watch at it's best so I have purchased a Breitling calf strap from Andrew Michaels, this strap is new and unworn.
It comes with all the bits and bobs in the photo, which is both boxes, the black bakelite box is perfect and the only the lid of the yellow cardboard box has slight sign of wear. The other parts such as all the original paperwork, warranty card, instruction manual, cleaning cloth and hang tag are included in the sale.
As you can see the service was for a complete overhaul at a cost of over £550 so the watch will give good service for many years to come.
Price for this is £2195 and will include delivery via RMSD.
