Hi folks, I mostly post on the Watchuseek forums, where I also have this watch listed. But I've lurked here since November when I started considering the Colt, so I figured I'd list it here too.
For sale is a black Breitling Colt 44mm Automatic. I purchased the watch new from A.R. Morris, an authorized dealer in Wilmington DE, on December 12, 2014.
I’m selling because I typically wear watches in the 38mm-42mm range and just couldn’t get comfortable in this 44mm Colt.
There are some desk-diving marks as you’d expect for wearing the watch for 2 months. In addition, because I frequently changed straps while searching for a different fit, there are some scratches on the bottom side of the lugs.
The watch was running +6 seconds per day until I stopped wearing it around a week ago.
