I am looking at adding a modern watch to my collection. So, something must go…..I dug into the safe and pulled out a couple of watches. One is a Navitimer / Cosmonaute with the rare AOPA logo dial and the 24hr movement in SS. The case appears to be unpolished and has sharp edges. I also grabbed a near mint Navitimer with the double plane logo dial in pristine condition. The dial is exceptionally clean and still has very strong lume (see pics). The GF case appears to be unmolested (I left the patina from aging on the case). There is no sign of wear through on the GF case (front or back) and it looks mint. It also has a VERY crisp bezel.

Both watches have the Venus 178 movement and are from the mid-late 60s. Both have Breitling crowns and signed cases. These watches are approx. 40mm and do not look small on the wrist like some vintage watches can.

These are must haves for any vintage Breitling collection and don't show up for sale very often (especially 2 at one time) so please let me know if you are interested.....Thanks
Wired price - $3,350 each. Open to trade for modern Rolex or Breitlings.

I am looking at adding a modern watch to my collection. So, something must go…..I dug into the safe and pulled out a couple of watches.

The first watch is a Navitimer/Cosmonaute “Scott Carpenter” with the rare AOPA logo dial and the 24hr movement in SS. The case appears to be unpolished and has sharp edges along with what looks like the original brushed finish on the sides.

The second watch is a near mint Navitimer with the double plane logo dial in pristine condition. The dial is exceptionally clean and still has very strong lume (see pics). The GF case appears to be unmolested (I left the patina from aging on the case). There is no sign of wear through on the GF case (front, back, pushers, or crown) and it looks mint. It also has a VERY crisp bezel.

Both watches have the Venus 178 movement and are from the mid-late 60s. Both have Breitling crowns and signed cases. These watches are approx. 40mm and do not look small on the wrist like some vintage watches can.

And is that included or extra? If extra then it needs a price.
