Vintage "Twinjet" Breitling 806 Navitimer with serial 116XXXX dating to 1967. This is the one with the Venus 178 manual wind column wheel chronograph. Good size at 41mm (with Crown 44mm) and 22mm lugs.

Gilt dial is totally original with some ageing and some of the tritium still remaining on the hour markers. Crystal and slide rule in great condition, case has some minor marks, but no major dings and retains original finish. Crown and pushers all original. Service replacement handset.

Its running nicely and had a really lovely patina in that the silvered chrono-registers and the slide rule surround have changed to a lovely golden colour - especially in sunlight. Really pretty.Plus the slide rule number ring hasn't faded or lost its clarity like so many others I've seen.

It comes on a Hirsch black rallye strap and also with a black Breitling strap with the old style Breitling logo pin buckle.

Many thanks for looking
