Hi All,

I am looking for a navitimer 1952 QP, either platinum or YG, in good condition. Recently serviced is a plus as it does cost an easy 800€ over here to service the Caliber 29.

I am not in the US but I will of course pay shipping and full insurance.

Shops/Dealers welcomed.

Hi All,

A bit more than a month and no response. It seems these watches are not so easy to find. I would welcome any advice on how to improve my search.

Regards,

Ah, Ah... This one can be found in any Breitling store... as long as the checkbook permits... It is beautiful, but not on a small wrist...

What I am looking for are the 1996-2004 models which were much smaller in size, 41,5mm, 43,3mm for some against 46 or 48 for the recent models.

I am still interested, yes, these are not so easy to find. I have just sent a message to the seller. Strangely enough, I have the same photos of this watch, the very same photos of the very same watch, in my computer. I tend to store photos of the watches I am interested with, but in this case I forgot to write down where I found the photos. I am going to look at you site in a few minutes.

thanks again for the link and Best regards,

Charles

Hi Charles

if the photo's are 100% the same , please ask the seller to set the watch at a date/time you specify with todays newspaper and send you a picture

I always use extreme caution if I suspect pics may have been used from another seller or watch , it may point to trouble (ie seller doesnt have the watch !!)
it may pay to go pick up the watch in person or by someone local you trust

Thank you Rene for your valuable advice. The photos are 100% the same, yes. I did ask for a photo set to a certain date and time in my message to the seller, I will let you know about the reply I'll get. Going there in person could be a bit long, and costly probably: Texas, USA. I live in the South of France :) I thought you were in the USA first, but I just saw you are in the Netherlands. If you were the seller it would have been easy, one hop on the plane from Nice to Amsterdam. How do you find the watches you sell ? from all over the world ?

Regards,

Charles
