Watch has black dial with 3 chronograph sub dials with large date at 12:00. The watch and bracelet are stainless steel and has the factory satin finished case and special Pilot bracelet with “chiseled” links, unique only to this model. The sides of the case and bracelet links are factory polished. Bracelet also has a fliplock deployment clasp. Watch has been safely stored in my safe. I have every single component that came with the watch:

Bakelite Watch Box with pillow and embossed Breitling logo (made in France)
Black information card about the Bakelite Watch Box
Black Inner Watch Box with pillow
Original Blackbird Manual

I purchased the watch brand new From Feldmar Watch Company in Los Angeles, an authorized Breitling dealer, on 12/8/2007. The warranty booklet lists Model A4435910/B811. It is the desirable model that has the brushed satin finish with polished sides of the case and polished edges on the bracelet. Watch runs fine and it is not my daily watch. I have a pretty good watch collection and I rotate my watches. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me.
