I am interested in selling my very rare watch, I unfortunately need the money and would like this watch to go to a good home, hence why I am trying here. A little bit about the watch. My dad was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam and bought this watch before he left the U.S in 1969, the serial number 1276762 supports this timeframe. On the clasp of the bracelet it has my fathers name P.Lewis and blood type engraved. I have not opened the back of the watch but when it is wound it ticks fluently however does lose time over a period, it will need servicing I assume. Taking servicing into account I would like $6000 aud for my watch. For some reason I cannot post photos I have taken but more than happy to email. |
