Your best bet will be from Breitling via the service centre. |

Yep. But dials are also rare on the market, as Breitling (thankfully) keeps them off the market and only does exchanges to minimise the numbers of fakes being made with legit dials. If you're after a new dial to just swap colour, then I'd suggest waiting until watch is due for a service in a yr or two. Otherwise keep looking on eBay and see if a spare dial pops up. |
