After either a Rectangle shaped Bakelite box and inner leather travel pouch/cushion and the older square/hexagonal corners.
Located in the UK but happy to pay for worldwide shipping.

I have an earlier hexagon-type box with beige interior/yellow outer card box ... it's missing the i from Breitling on the top though.
