For Sale is my Seiko Tuna 7549-7009.

This is quite possibly the best example for sale at the minute.

It is in excellent condition apart from the very small amount of protective coating missing from the bezel protector. The metal strap tidy has a few surface scratches. I have clearly identified both of these in the images. As well as the near perfect condition this example of this famous Seiko comes with Seiko paperwork attesting to its authenticity and 600m water resistance. This paperwork was received when the watch had a battery change, new strap and service and then a glass change last year. This also attests to the 600m water resistance of the watch, which is rare in itself for a 35 year old watch. The luminosity even works still.

The Seiko Tuna range are collectable watches due to their fantastical aesthetics and excellent divers features. The 7549-7009 is arguably the most collectable of the range because it was worn by James Bond in “For Your Eyes Only”.

This example is in perfect working order, although the bezel is a little stiff now. The SuperQuartz movement is still going strong and only loses about 2 seconds per week.

This is an excellent opportunity to pick up a highly covetable and practical vintage Seiko with no issues.

These regularly go for over £900 on auction sites but I need a quick sale and so I am willing to let it go for £650. I would kindly ask that the buyer pays all postage fees.

I am happy to ship the watch anywhere in the world once all funds have cleared. Alternatively, the buyer can either come to my house in-between Lincoln and Newark in the UK or pick it up from Andrew Michaels Jewellers (site sponsor) in Newark where I work.
