For sale, I have a well-used Breitling 22-20 Brown Hide strap with a Highly-Polished tang buckle.
It's definitely showing it's age, but I think the vintage look just adds character. Perfect as a spare, as a stand-in to keep your main bracelet or strap clean, or just for when you fancy a different look. The pictures tell the story best, but to summarise:
The Good: Brown looks like it's been 'antiqued' (quite nicely done); Fully intact, no tears or nasty nicks; stitching all looks 100% intact. All holes are OK, signs of use to one in particular but not overly stretched. The highly-polished tang Buckle is good, micro-swirls only.
The Not So Good: Fixed keeper is slightly tatty, seperating slightly from its liner, and could do with a smidge of glue; Dark creases to topside where buckle has been; Mild crackling to lining, again where buckle has been; slight damage to edge (where buckle has been...); stitching is not exactly 'dazzling white' anymore; logo on the tang buckle is the old 'impressed' style, not the new raised version.
If anything, I'm being hyper-critical, there's plenty of life left in this, and the macros make the wear and tear look worse than it really is, but I'd rather you were pleasantly surprised than disappointed.
This has been stuck in the back of the watch drawer for ages, and needs a new home - I was going to stick it on the bay, but it's yours for £45, delivered in the UK, £47 for overseas.
I've loads of Feedback on here, I'm a 'Top Rated' e-bay seller (2100+ deals, 100%, username 'goonermike'), and I've got plenty of Feedback on TZ-UK ('BigBird)), so there are no worries there.
I'd prefer BT, certainly for UK buyers. PayPal if absolutely necessary.
