This looks familiar, i think i sold this on ebay, is there any crown issue on this watch?
Ok just looked through my insurance documents, this is my old watch, the crown stem has been shortened and no longer screws down so water resistance will not be as was (i didnt have it pressure tested) the middle case threaded which made this modification a must, i felt like i needed to add this as the seller did not disclose, if the moderators feel i have not acted correctly please remove my post, its a fabulous watch and think the seller has built these issues into his pricing but this is a community and should all pull in the same direction, free bump and GLWS mate. :lingsrock:

i can vouch for the service as i had it done, he is a reputable watchmaker here in the midlands and the watch is easily in the cosc standards.

Yes this must be your watch as since posting it for sale I found a service invoice and contacted the jeweller in the midlands.
I will remove the watch for sale for now and amend the ad.

Can I ask what exactly you had done to the watch ?

Hi there pal, yes had the crown stem shortened so it sits snug to case, it threaded the middle case, the repair is majorly expensive if case had to be changed, all it means is that it dont screw down all other functions are perfect, i did put this in the ebay listing ;) but if you dont know what your dealing with you would never would have known. its a great watch.
