Hi everyone, I am selling my 18K gold Perrelet Chronograph Skeleton GMT in order to save up for another (semi-grail) purchase. This is model A3007/7: 18K gold case with brown croc strap. The movement in this watch is absolutely stunning. Typically a 7750 is not much to look at, but Perrelet teamed up with ETA to create a skeletonized version that is exclusive to their brand. I find it both mesmerizing and instructive, since all of the functionality is exposed and one can see how the chronograph mechanism actually operates. You won't find a more interesting skeleton movement this side of $30K. I have only worn the watch 10 times, but I consistently get more complements on it than any other watch I own. The case is 42mm and fairly thick. It features a curved sapphire crystal on the face and a flat sapphire crystal for back. One nice touch is that the model number, serial number, and other specifications are situated beneath the rear crystal. The 9 o'clock subdial has the usual seconds hand plus a 24-hour second time zone, The date is on the 3 o'clock subdial. It has been running between -3 and -9 seconds per day, which seems fairly respectable to me given the potential loss of rigidity in components from the skeletonization process. Watch is easily in near mint condition and was worn with an aftermarket Camille Fournet "Magdeline" custom brown croc strap (extra-long 130/90mm) that I will include if the buyer is interested. The OEM strap and deployant clasp are unworn and like new. All boxes and papers are included. List price for this watch is a rather optimistic $26,000. In reality, new from ADs these go for more in the high $10Ks. I am offering this watch for a new low price and the lowest price I have seen anywhere in any condition: $9,990 shipped registered mail to CONUS. I will take wire and cashier's checks, and will also split Escrow.com fees. I will happily provide references. Thanks for looking! ///M ![]() ![]() ![]() |
