Now OHPF!

I have a very nice Breitling Colt Automatic (A17035) that needs a new home. It's the early version - see here: http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... e_160.html

I picked this up a few months ago, and apart from getting Steve at Ryte Time to regulate it for me, it's been on the winder or in the safe. TBH, it's just a bit small for my gorilla wrist (8.2")...

I don't have any paperwork (apart from the Authorised Distributors List), but the watch will come in a Breitling Service case (new style).

It dates from 1992-1998 (can't be more specific than that). It's on its original Professional bracelet, sized to fit a wrist of around 7 inches (180mm). As a nice bonus, I'm throwing in a black Diver Pro 1 Strap (the large Breitling wording version), which you can't get anymore. It's well used, but still has plenty of life in it.

The watch itself is in excellent order. Steve's regulation has it running at around +6 secs per day (max). He checked over the movement for me, and it's in top condition.

The crystal is perfect, no marks of any kind.

The Blue dial is in mint condtion.

Hands look spot on to me, and the lume still works well, though fades after a short while.

The Bezel is excellent, nice and grippy without being overtight, with the odd micro swirl, but nothing worse. There is no 'fill' to the bezel numbers and markers, so it either never had any, or has been expertly removed. However, the 'pearl' pip at 12 is missing - not sure, but I suppose you get one if it bothered you.

Crown is perfect, and screws down correctly. 'B' is crisp and clear.

Case is really good - even on the highly-polished finish, I'm really struggling to find any marks. There is the suggestion of a tiny nick on the top left lug. This must have had a 'spa' fairly recently.

Backcase - again, really good. Must be a micro swirly on there somewhere...

Bracelet - Looks like this has been addressed too. Not even obvious Desk Diver marks. Nice and tight, not stretched.

Clasp - very light Desk Diver marks, if anything. Both clasp and Diver's extension working correctly without issues.

OK, pictures - starting with head shots:

And I tried to take a lume shot on the sunniest day of the year...doh:

Finally, to complete the package, the Breitling Travel Case, the AD List, and the Black Diver Pro 1 strap:

Tricky to price this - seem to be asking for silly money on the 'bay (like £800-£900!). There's a fairly tatty one without B&P's going for @ £600 from the States.

I'll let this go, with the Diver Pro 1 Strap thrown in, for a bargain £570, including UK Special Delivery! If overseas shipping is required, add £5, as this will need to be sent Insured and Tracked.

Just remembered, I've also got some New, Old Stock Breitling 18mm Croco straps (Black, Blue and Racing Green) that would go splendidly with this - PM me if of any interest.

I've loads of Feedback on here, I'm a 'Top Rated' e-bay seller (2000+ deals, 100%, username 'goonermike'), and I've got plenty of Feedback on TZ-UK (username BigBird), though the search facility on there is limited at present.

I'd prefer BT, certainly for UK buyers. PayPal if absolutely necessary, but I cannot accept PayPal Gifts, so if you'd like to go down that route, it will be 'official', and I'll add 3.4% to cover Fees.

If I've missed anything, or you'd like more info or pics, please feel free to PM me.

Cheers!

Sorry for hijack, Mike.
Could you read end link marking, please?
Can't see it clear from the photo, is it just C.A.?
It's older bracelet than 820A which hasn't got divers extension.

Buy with confidence guys, Mike is pleasure to deal with.

Hi bnewbie,

It's got the 'CA' end link markings, and has the diver's extension.

I've taken a few more photos for clarity:

Does that help date the watch? As I've no Warranty Card, all I have to go on is the production years of 1992 - 1998. Was the 'CA' bracelet earlier or later?

Ta!

Thanks for the photos, Mike.
Can't date it precisely, no one can.
Bracelet is older than 820A.
