Post subject: | Omega Seamaster Professional F/S Electric Blue 2265.80 SOLD |
NOW SOLD via other forum - thanks to BS for hosting this. Up for sale is my Omega Seamaster Full Size Quartz 2265.80.00. It's the Electric Blue Dial, with the sword hands and polished steel bezel, which is probably my favourite combo. It comes with Outer and Inner boxes, Hang Tag, 2 x Extra Links (with tubes/pins), and the Service Centre Booklet (but no warranty card). This a 59million series, so 1998 or later. Caliber: Omega 1538 Quartz precision movement with rhodium-plated finish. End of battery life indicator Power reserve: 27 / 36 months Pictures: Inner and Outer Box, all very nice condition (display cushion is a little grubby), plus 2 extra links (with Pins and Tubes), Customer Service Centres Guide, hang tag: ![]() ![]() ![]() Clasp and Diver's extension shots, all working perfectly, very good condition, minimal swirls: ![]() ![]() Case sides. Pretty much immaculate, tiniest nick to upper right of HE valve, another just to lower left of crown (I mean really small, hard to capture even on macro, and you can't 'feel' them): ![]() ![]() Back Case - really nice, can't see any issue, maybe the odd hairline. Serial Number clear (dates this to 1998 or later), and a bit of dirt(sorry, just grabbed that with a cotton-bud), so no dirt: ![]() OK, now lots of nice general shots - Crystal (and AR coating), Dial, Hands and Crowns are perfect, no marks of any kind. Bezel is really nice, some inevitable hairlines (but nothing more - it's pretty much perfect to the naked eye). It's a stiff turn, nicely ratcheted. If anything, the dial is showing a touch on the 'dark' side on the pictures - photos were taken under halogen, which dulls it a bit. In normal light, the 'electric blue' finish is much more apparent. Also, I should mention the bracelet is exceptional - barely a swirl anywhere, looks great, and no stretch. Currently sized @ 195mm (7.8"), and with extra links will go to @ 210mm (8.25"), which I think is back to full size: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And last, some gratuitous lume shots, 'cos this baby glows like a torch! ![]() ![]() ![]() The only issue I'm aware of is that the Seconds hand isn't hitting the markers spot on (about 20% off) and that the markers on the bezel are a fraction off lining up with the markers on the dial - it's never bothered me, in fact it was pointed out to me by a mate, but I know there are some serious OCD sufferers out there... This is in really great condition, and is the nicest version, with the Electric Blue Dial, the Sword hands, and the Polished Steel bezel. I'm letting this one go for a very reasonable £820, which includes Next Day RMSD. Overseas buyers will need to add £6 (Europe) or £12 (Rest of the World) to cover insured, Tracked shipping. I've loads of Feedback on here, I'm a 'Top Rated' e-bay seller (1960+ deals, 99.9%, username 'goonermike'), and I've got plenty of Feedback on TZ-UK (username BigBird), though the search facility on there is limited at present. I'd prefer BT, certainly for UK buyers. PayPal if absolutely necessary, but I cannot accept PayPal Gifts, so if you'd like to go down that route, it will be 'official', and I'll add 3.4% to cover Fees. If I've missed anything, or you'd like more info or pics, please feel free to PM me. Cheers! Mike ![]() |
