Now sold.
I hope it's ok for me to post my watch on here, given I only just registered? If not, please let me know and remove the post.
I'm selling my 2001 Headwind, model number A45355BB. It's stainless steel with a black dial, on a pilot bracelet. I wore it daily for the first 5 years and since then it's only been worn 4-5 times per year. It's a pretty chunky watch and has some small scratches on the steel, just from general wear. The sapphire glass is totally unmarked. I tried to take photos in light that would show the marks, and in fact I've overachieved this - the marks are nowhere near as visible in real life.
The watch comes with the original Bakelite box. Unfortunately the N of Breitling fell off and is lost. There's also the outer yellow cardboard box, document box/wallet including Chronometer certificate, international warranty papers, manual and distributor list. Also included are a couple of extra pilot bracelet links (removed at purchase when fitted to my wrist, clear plastic bezel cover and original swingtag.
The price is £1195 plus delivery. I'm not looking to trade the watch as I need the funds for another hobby (guitars). I haven't looked into delivery options yet, but am happy to discuss this with potential buyers. If you buy it and are not happy, I'll refund the purchase price if you contact me within a week of receipt, and return the watch to me in the same condition. I'm located in Peterborough UK, very happy for you to come and take a look at the watch.
