Post subject:  WTB: Superocean 44
Like the subject line says - I am looking for a Superocean 44, polished steel, Yellow Abyss face, and the Ocean Racer strap.

I see that a Superocean 46 is for sale but other than the size and face, I am unclear as to how the watches differ.

Pretty sure the current SO (SuperOcean, SuperOcean 2, Abyss, what ever we are calling it today) is in 42 and 44, no 46 that I know of. The SO Heritage comes in 46, but a lot different look. You are pretty much right about difference, size and face 42 has colored ring while the 44 has just the second hand, date window and SuperOcean scrip in the color of choice. Petty sure 44 is only one with polished option. Good luck on the hunt. I like the yellow the best with red a close second. But the chrono in orange is wicked cool, IMO. :drool:
