Up for sale is a Breitling Blackbird Chronograph with the brushed stainless steel bracelet. Bracelet comes complete with all original bracelet links. Overall condition of the watch is very good. Crystal is clean with no chips. Bracelet shows some light signs of wear but no major scratches. Case and bezel are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. Pictures accurately portray condition of the watch. Comes with inner & outer box, traveling case, Blackbird manual, international warranty booklet with open date, Chrono certificate, plastic bezel protector, and hang tag. Purchased from a USA Breitling authorized dealer. Sale price $4,000 shipped (CONUS). Payment by bank wire transfer or paypal + fees. No trades.


Description:

Breitling Blackbird A44359 Movement: Breitling Calibre 44 Self-winding automatic mechanical movement (28.800 vph, 38 jewels, 42 hours power reserve). Chronograph: 1/4th second, 30 minutes, 12 hours. Case: Stainless steel with 43.70 mm diameter and 17.20 mm thickness. Calendar: Dial aperture. Water-Resistant: 300 meter / 1000 ft. Bezel: Bidirectional, ratcheted. Crown: Screw-locked with two gaskets. Caseback: Screwed-in. Crystal: Chambered sapphire with glareproofed on both sides.

I had a blackbird about 3 years ago... The back didn't look quite like that. Did they change the backs to these slightly at all or am I losing it?

The brushed version has a different caseback than the polished version...so it's quite possible that your caseback looked similar to that of the evolution's caseback.

My was brushed and looked like the second one down in this photo...

Breitling has used both brushed and polished casebacks for the Brushed Blackbird.
