I live in Qatar but I'll be using a mail forwarding company called Aramex. They have offices in a number of different countries, so, chances are you would only need to post it within your own country. Once the package arrives in their office, that'd be your part of the deal done.

I strongly prefer a watch with papers and box but, hey, for the right deal I may reconsider this.

To be more specific on the delivery... You can post the watch to any of the places below. So, most likely you'd be shipping the watch to an address in your own country.
Of course, you'd only post the watch once you are happy you have the payment.
