I have this great 22mm – 18mm Tang type Breitling Croco strap that I’ve had on my Montbrillant Datora for a while now. The official colour (so I’m told) is ‘Avenger Brown’. It has a really nice warmth about the colour that is a little deeper that a flat, straight brown strap.

I think the difference with the 22mm – 18mm (rather than the ‘normal’ 22mm – 20mm) is that the taper of the strap accentuates the size of the watch head better.

This strap is used, but in very good condition. I’m hesitant to actually give this a rating, as I really do not know what scale to use or how accurate my ratings would be compared to yours.

To get around this, I’ve tried to take the best photos that I can so you can make a decision. Naturally, if you are interested and want some additional photo’s (or any more info) that’s not an issue at all, just PM me.

Here in Australia I visited a dealer this week who told me the retail value on a new croco strap is AU$710, the buckle is AU$60, or a total of AU$770 (I know, we get ripped off here). I’m only asking for AUD$185 to me, plus postage and any PayPal fees in recognition that this isn’t a brand new strap.

The strap is located in Sydney, Australia - please note that I am happy to post anywhere in the world (actual postage cost to be added to price of strap).

Again, if you have any questions, just let me know.

That is a very interesting brown indeed, I can't help but think it would go great with a black dial.

While I have no use for it, I wish you good luck with the sale!

Someone must be looking for a genuine croco strap?
It should fit all 22mm lug width models.

I'd hate for this to just sit in a drawer when someone could use it.
:D :D

If it's still for sale in a week when my cosmonaute arrives I might take it off you, will need to see if the blue croc that it was sold on looks as bad in real life as it does in the photos :-)

Still got it.
I withdrew it from sale and just put it back in my drawer with a few other straps.
Let me know if you're interested.

Hi Kris, sorry mate the strap was sold a couple of weeks ago.

I do have a black croco 22mm with a deployment clasp available though if you're interested.
A PM is probably best if you are interested.
