Breitling, not Breatling, make (or rather, have made for them) various promotional items, including jackets, caps, pens, etc, that are used as free gifts to customers (VIP customers in the case of the jackets), or given away free at certain AD events.

I've not personally seen this particular jacket before, but it looks genuine to me.
