I'm after a push button clasp for an Ocean racer strap, while browsing the classifieds I found an old listing for a clasp that was brushed on the upper surface and polished on the sides. The seller said they sourced it like this from an AD. I messaged the seller for clarification but got no reply.

I know the clasps are available in a brushed OR a polished finish, but are they available with both finishes on one clasp as per the listing I saw. Or was the clasp advertised a non-standard finish.

Before I embarrass myself at an AD asking I thought I'd ask more knowledgeable people here so I can go in armed with correct information.
