I stopped in the NYC Breitling Boutique on 57th yesterday to have my watch demagnetized. While there, I checked out the display case of the various straps in their assorted colors, and noticed that all of the deployant clasps on the crocodile and calf straps featured a crisp/noticeable "1884" inscription underneath the winged-B logo. This was on my way out, late in the day, and the store was busy, so I didn't wait around to ask the salesmen what I'm wondering: Anybody know how long the new clasps have been out and/or whether the new clasps feature any differences, other than the new inscription, from the last generation? |
